From first call to final takedown, here is what to expect.

Design consultation

We visit your home, walk the roofline and landscaping with you, and discuss your vision. Warm white along the roofline, multi color on the trees, wrapped columns — whatever you want. We provide a design plan and pricing on the spot.

Professional installation

Our team installs commercial grade LED lights using professional clips and fasteners that will not damage your roof, gutters, or trim. Every strand is measured, tested, and secured for a clean, even display.

Mid season maintenance

We come back mid season to check every strand and replace any burned out bulbs. This is included at no extra charge. Your display stays perfect from Thanksgiving through New Year.

Takedown and storage

After the holidays we schedule a takedown date that works for you. All lights and hardware are carefully removed, tested, labeled, and stored for the following year. Everything is ready to go when next season arrives.

When should I book holiday lighting installation?

We recommend booking by early October to secure your preferred installation date. Our schedule fills quickly between late October and mid November. Installations typically begin in late October and run through the first week of December. The earlier you book, the more flexibility you have on timing.

What is included in the holiday lighting service?

Our full service package includes a design consultation, professional grade lights and materials, installation, a mid season check to replace any burned out bulbs, takedown after the season, and off season storage of your lights for the following year. You do not need to purchase or store any equipment yourself.

How much does holiday lighting installation cost?

Pricing depends on the size of your home, roofline length, and the design you choose. Most residential installations range from $500 to $2,500 for the first year which includes lights, materials, installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage. Returning customers typically pay less since the lights are already purchased and stored from the previous year.

Do you use LED or incandescent lights?

We use commercial grade LED lights. LEDs last significantly longer than incandescent bulbs, use less energy, and hold up better in the unpredictable North Texas winter weather. They are available in warm white, cool white, multi color, and custom color combinations to match your design preferences.

When do you take down holiday lights?

Takedown typically happens in January after the holiday season. We coordinate a date that works for you. All lights and hardware are carefully removed, tested, and stored for the following year. Takedown and storage are included in the service.
